This is a space for people to feel the benefits of being nurtured in nature while feeling cared for in a grounding atmosphere. We will be spending the weekend practicing a variety of vitalizing & restoring yoga, hiking, eating nourishing meals, relaxing in the sauna and carving out time for socialization, silence and stillness.
