Éric Simard

PhD in biology

Eric Simard is behind important discoveries to slow down the aging process.

A scientist by training, he has always been particularly interested in the environment and human health. During his bachelor’s degree, he relaunched the aquatic ecology laboratories at the Université du Québec à Chicoutimi, mobilizing professors and developing two new research programs.

Already working on a third research program, this time in human health, while still in graduate school, he decided to pursue this subject for his PhD at INRS-Institut Armand-Frappier in Laval.

His graduate studies were supported by 7 excellence scholarships and 5 awards/honours.

Hélène Léger

Hélène Léger has worked in the field of well-being for more than 45 years. First as an acrobat, where she explored the body’s movement before broadening her practice to the harmonization of mind, heart and spirit. This path has been nourished by a lifetime devoted to inner exploration and personal transformation.

Immersed from a very young age in the world of yoga and personal development, Hélène has studied many approaches in depth, especially therapeutic approaches focused on emotional structures. For more than 10 years she took part in intensive workshops with Drunvalo Melchizedek, mainly in Arizona, deepening her understanding of the subtle dimensions of being.

She is a certified teacher of the Yoga of Integral Learning, an approach to energy structures passed on by Master Shin Shiva, recognized in India as the supreme Shaiva Yogi of Kundalini. This quest led her to travel the world, enriching her vision and her practice.

Since 2011, Hélène and her husband have owned the Centre de Vie in Ripon, a place of renewal for health and well-being, where she also offers energy treatments in individual sessions or group workshops.

Since 2022, she has led workshops called “Revealing the Invisible”, in collaboration with medium Mélanie Hotte.
