Mélanie Brunet

Mélanie Brunet

Guided by spirituality all her life, it was after her mother’s death 16 years ago that her inner journey deepened profoundly. This great passage awakened in her a keen interest in everything related to life, death and grief. Since then she has explored the paths of well-being through more than 1,200 hours of training in yoga, conscious breathing and advanced meditation.

Head of the family business since her mother’s passing, she has organized the annual palliative care conference for 28 years, a world in which she has been immersed with grace and gratitude since her teens.

An entrepreneur at heart, a nature lover, mother of two daughters and co-founder of Expo Yoga & bien-être, she designs immersive experiences that honour well-being, life… and death. She notably co-founded the Salon de la mort, the first major exhibition in Quebec dedicated to the end of life and grief.

A former athlete, she represented her region in soccer at the Quebec and Canada Games. These experiences gave her values of rigour, perseverance and surpassing oneself, which she brings to her meaningful projects.

Today, she accompanies those who wish to settle, reconnect and grow through retreats filled with gentleness, meaning and presence, combining yoga, breathing and reconnection, at each person’s own pace.

Hélène Léger

Hélène Léger

Hélène teaches holistically. Her work encompasses the physical body, the mind, the heart and the spirit. She masters her art with deep sensitivity. Her qualities as a teacher are recognized, and her joy in sharing and helping has always driven her.

From a very young age she grew up in an environment where yoga, human relations workshops and well-being played a large part. Awareness and development of the body’s energy fields quickly took a special place in her life.

Over the past forty years, she has continued to learn. Among these studies are therapeutic work on emotional structures and intensive workshops with Drunvalo Melchizedek, mainly in Arizona. She is a certified teacher of the Yoga of Integral Learning with Master Shin Shiva, recognized in India as the supreme Shaiva Yogi of Kundalini and integral learning, which led her to travel widely in many countries.

Since 2011, Hélène and her husband have owned the Centre de Vie in Ripon, a place of renewal and well-being that is the culmination of a personal and professional journey

Since 2022, Hélène has also offered workshops across Quebec and internationally on “Revealing the Invisible” with medium Mélanie Hotte.

Mélanie Hotte

Mélanie Hotte

Since childhood, Mélanie has had the ability to connect with what is called the invisible world. As an intermediary, she passes on messages from loved ones and guides, with the utmost respect for the bond that unites us beyond life. For her, mediumship is a true art of communication that honours the living and brings peace.

A management graduate of HEC Montréal (École des Hautes Études Commerciales), Mélanie quickly felt that this path did not answer her deepest aspirations. She then turned to meditation and yoga, practices she has honoured and taught for more than 15 years. A certified hatha yoga teacher (Sivananda), specialized in Prana Flow (Shiva Rea), as well as in holistic kinesiology and therapeutic and spiritual hypnosis, she has integrated these approaches into her practice as a medium to support people on their path to well-being.

Mélanie has also enriched her mediumship with internationally renowned mediums such as Cindy Kaza, Lisa Williams and James Van Praagh. In 2019, her first book, “La fille qui flirte avec l’autre monde”, was published. She has been a guest on radio and various podcasts, including Victoria Charlton’s. In addition to her private practice, she leads workshops and immersive retreats in Quebec and internationally.
