These conditions apply to bookings of stays and treatments at the Centre de vie. By making a booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these conditions. Specific conditions may apply to certain events or group stays; they are then specified at registration.
Stays
Arrival and departure
- Arrival: between 3 and 5 p.m.
- Departure: before 3 p.m.
- If you plan to arrive later, please let us know by email at reservation@centredevie.ca indicating your approximate arrival time.
Payment
- 1st payment: 50% of the invoice at booking.
- 2e payment: 50% of the invoice on arrival.
Cancellation
- Less than 2 weeks before your stay: no refund.
- More than 2 weeks before your stay: no refund, but your stay can be postponed.
Food intolerances and allergies
Please let us know about any food allergy or intolerance when booking. Additional fees may apply.
Treatments
- To cancel an appointment, please contact us by email at reservation@centredevie.ca.
- Any cancellation made 48 hours or less before your appointment will incur a $25 cancellation fee.
Gift certificates
In accordance with Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act , our gift certificates have no expiry date.

Information collected during your booking is handled in accordance with our Privacy policy.
